I have been with the company for over three years and have enjoyed continuous growth. In addition to being the USA CEO’s executive assistant, I now manage the QBA digital marketing and am also thrown into new projects that suddenly spring up. I am given full control of my own time, and nobody cares when I work as long as tasks get done. It is exhilarating. As if this wasn’t enough, the CEO encourages me to run coaching classes in my “free” time and follow my passion.

While pursuing my master’s in environmental science, I was lucky to find QBA. I was unsure whether I had the skills to contribute to an IT company. Joining QBA is not a decision I will ever regret. The company has constantly challenged me to grow, grow, grow, and do something more and more.

I used to work for one of the largest Indian IT companies, and I was totally miserable. Joining QBA has turned my professional life around, though finding my slot here took a little time. What I enjoy most is the freedom to explore technologies and switch roles. I also have a lot of flexibility in choosing my work time. Quality standards are strict, and I often receive ruthless feedback when my work needs improvement. But good work is also recognized and publicly acknowledged. Several times, I have been given problems I have never worked on before, and I was told to learn, seek help, and get it done. I have really understood what it means to take ownership of a project.
